You're posting consistently, and intentionally showing up. You might even be getting likes, comments, and the occasional "Love this so much!❤️” DM from someone. But nobody ever buys a damn thing!!! In the back of your head, you're wondering if LinkedIn actually has the right leads for you, if it's ever going to work for your business or if you've been doing it wrong this whole time.
I’m here to tell you, you just don't know what you don't know. Here's the thing about posting content on LinkedIn: your content is a commercial. It’s an advertisement that tells people you exist. Your content is there to boost visibility, credibility, and influence. IT WILL NOT ACTIVELY SELL FOR YOU!
The goal to successfully setting on LinkedIn is getting them into a real conversation, building trust by having them experience you and your services, and helping them understand if and when they need and want your help.
Active selling on LinkedIn is piece no one taught me. So I figured it out myself.
I spent 20+ years in HR leadership and was damn good at it. My SVP used to say I could "find glitter in piles of sh*t." Even though my six-figure salary was cute and my job was easy AF, some of my coworkers were nauseatingly miserable and somewhere underneath the promotions and the paychecks, I knew I was living in my zone of mehhh, not my zone of genius.
I was sitting alone in my home office one Valentine’s evening while my husband and kids were making my favorite chocolate-covered strawberries downstairs. That's when it hit me: my family loved me but did I love me? Because if I did, I'd stop putting up with the negativity and settling for less than I deserve.
On a random-ass Tuesday, I walked into my senior director's office and said I was done. "Deuce, I'm out!!!" I never looked back.

I wasted precious time and energy joining masterclasses I didn't need. I watched more YouTube tutorials than I’d like to admit instead of making sales calls. I told myself I was being productive when I was just being busy, and my ego was too stubborn to admit I needed a coach. I fell flat on my face a lot. The amount of tears I cried had my mascara streaking down my cheeks too many times to count.
What nobody tells you when you go all in on your business is that the hardest part isn't the leap. The next 90 days, that turns into 6 months without a sale, is when your grit and determination are tested. Can you persist when you're doing all the visible things and the revenue hasn't caught up to your efforts yet? You have to decide whether or not to bet on yourself!
The moment I understood how to find the right prospects, referral partners, and corporate clients on LinkedIn and send connection requests that actually started conversations, everything changed. Connection requests became clients, and people wanted to associate themselves with what I was building, and that's when I knew this was going to work.

Here's what a typical week looks like for a Gold client:
You get to submit unlimited business critiques twice a week. I’ll send you back a Loom video [Your girl loves a good loom!] with specific, actionable feedback.
Watch what a BIZ CRTQ is HERE.
You show up to your monthly 1:1 already to realign on your strategy, business spirituality so have accountability and actually see process. You leave with a clear revenue-generating action plan and zero excuses to stay stuck.
You have a sales call coming up and you're not sure how to handle a specific objection. You flag it as an urgent business critique. I’ll respond the same day, and you show up to that call confident and ready to close the sale.
OMG! You’re getting new connections! You're not sure how to start a conversation that's genuine and not salesy (because EWW, we don't do that here!) so you submit a critique. I respond, you send the message, and the conversation leads to a virtual coffee chat, or better yet, a sales call!
Those are proven examples of the pace and access you get when you team up with me. This works because implementation is the only thing that moves the needle, and I won't let you overthink your way out of doing it.
What I ask in return: take the direction, show up, do the work and TRUST THE PROCESS.
The clients who implement are the ones who close, and I will push you toward that with warmth, with zero apology, and with the kind of big-sister energy that makes you feel like you can do it even when you're not sure you can.
People who can’t take my leadership because I will be lovingly challenging you.
Those who lean a lot into their masculine energy and refuse to let go of it.
People who've already made up their minds that my suggestions won't work before they've even tried them.
People who are too busy to respect our time together and cut calls short.
If you’re a d*ck, you’re not my person.
People who care more about the quantity of leads than the quality. We definitely won’t vibe!
If your selling style is cold pitching, we're oil and water. You do you, boo.
